Email us within 30 days

Send your request to support@ajluxe.com with your order number and reason for return. For exchanges, include the item you'd like instead.

Receive your prepaid label

We'll send a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day. You won't pay anything for return shipping.

Pack and drop off

Place the item in its original box or any secure packaging. Attach the label and drop it at any USPS location or schedule a pickup.

Get your refund or exchange

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return and will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exchanges ship the same day we receive your return.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns within the US. Just print it, attach it, and drop off at any USPS location. You pay nothing.

Can I exchange for a different style or size?

Yes. Email us within 30 days with your order number and which item you'd like instead. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return — and cover the shipping both ways.

How long does a refund take?

We process refunds within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit to your account.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email support@ajluxe.com with a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement right away — no return required.

Can I return a personalized or engraved item?

Personalized items are final sale because they are made specifically for you. The only exception is if the item arrived with a manufacturing defect — in that case, email us a photo and we'll replace it.

Can I return a gift?

Yes. Have the gift recipient email us with the order number from the packing slip. The refund will go back to the original purchaser's payment method, or we can issue store credit — just let us know which you prefer.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Our rings are adjustable and fit most sizes — but if something doesn't work, email us within 30 days and we'll exchange it for free. Check our ring size guide before ordering to find your perfect fit.
