Yes. AJLuxe is the trade name of Ajmera Enterprises LLC, a registered Georgia company that has been selling jewelry online since 2019. Below is everything you need to check that for yourself, including our legal name, our address, a phone number that a person answers, and exactly what our jewelry is made of. You should not have to take our word for any of it.

We do not sell solid gold, platinum, or natural diamonds. Anyone telling you otherwise about AJLuxe is wrong, including us if we ever get a listing wrong. Gold-plated sterling silver is a real material with a real place, and it is what it is: an affordable piece with a sterling silver base and a gold-tone finish that will wear over time with daily use. It is not fine jewelry and we do not price it as fine jewelry.
If you find any AJLuxe listing where the stated material does not match what you received, email info@ajluxe.com. We will refund you and fix the listing. We would rather lose a sale than misdescribe a piece.
We ship to United States addresses only. We do not currently ship internationally. Standard US shipping is free on every order with no minimum and no threshold, and typically arrives 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday to Friday ship the same day. Express shipping is available at checkout.
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items need to be unworn and in their original packaging. Once we approve the return we email you a prepaid return shipping label, so sending it back costs you nothing.
The honest exception: personalized and custom pieces, such as initial and name jewelry, cannot be returned, because they are made for one person and cannot be resold. That is stated before you buy, and it is the standard across personalized jewelry. If a personalized piece arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described, that is our problem and we will replace or refund it.

No. AJLuxe is a registered Georgia business with a verifiable filing, a physical address, a working phone number, and and a published returns policy. We have been selling online since 2019, and at ajluxe.com since June 2023. Payments run through Shopify Payments, so your card details go to a PCI compliant processor rather than to us.
Because of the materials and the model, not because something is hidden. Our pieces are sterling silver and stainless steel rather than solid gold, and we sell direct online with no retail stores, no wholesale margin, and no celebrity licensing. A $45 gold-plated sterling silver necklace is not a $2,000 solid gold necklace sold cheaply. It is a different product, and we describe it as what it is.
Eventually, yes, on any plated jewelry from any brand at any price. 18K gold plating over sterling silver holds up well with normal wear, and wears faster with daily contact with perfume, lotion, chlorine, and sweat. Our jewelry care guide covers how to slow that down. Any brand that tells you plating lasts forever is not being straight with you.
925 sterling silver and 316L stainless steel are both generally well tolerated by people with sensitive skin. Note the distinction we hold to: 316L stainless steel is nickel-safe for most people, but no stainless steel is nickel-free, and we do not claim it is. If you have a diagnosed nickel allergy, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether a specific piece suits you.
Complaint sites publish posts from anyone, including people who never placed an order, and those posts stay up regardless of whether a transaction ever happened. We would rather you check the verifiable things on this page than weigh anonymous posts.
